Every piece is made with love by our 17-year-old granddaughter together with her grandma. After her cancer diagnosis, she wanted to build something that truly felt like her own. What started as quiet afternoons creating together became Sephirea and The Together Knit™.
Is every piece really handmade?
Yes. No factories and no mass production. Each sweater is individually made by hand, which means the little differences in every piece are exactly what make yours unique.
How much is shipping?

Our granddaughter is 17. After her cancer diagnosis, doctors told us we may only have around two years left with her. More than anything, she wanted to create something that felt completely her own.
Together with her grandma, that dream became Sephirea and The Together Knit™ — a soft handmade cardigan created with patience, care and pride. No factories. No mass production. Just one piece at a time.

Every Together Knit™ begins slowly — choosing the yarn, preparing the pattern and getting everything ready by hand.
Grandma and her 17-year-old granddaughter work together, stitch by stitch. No production line. No rush. Just patience, care and a little business she can proudly call her own.

Very close — but because every Together Knit™ is made by hand, tiny variations can happen. We love that. It means your cardigan has its own little character rather than looking factory-perfect.

How long does my order take? +
Please allow approximately 11–14 business days for your order to arrive. Handmade takes a little longer, and shipping is completely free on every order.
How should I wash it? +
Handmade knitwear deserves a little extra care. Follow the care instructions included with your piece and avoid harsh washing or drying whenever possible.
